Eligibility for Returns

1. Returning a Faulty or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional (DOA), please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process under our 14-Day Product Guarantee.

Procedure:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Contact our support team at support@kalpsetu.com with your order details and photographs and video clearly showing the issue.
3. If the item has significant value, we may request its return for further inspection.

Return Requirements:

1. Ensure the returned parcel includes all original accessories and components.
2. Missing components or accessories may incur additional charges.

Return Shipping Fees:

1. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. We accept returns under the following conditions:

30 days conditional return : – If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 14 Days Product Guarantee or the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in good condition. 

• • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • After 30 days from delivery:-  We will not accept requests for a refund or a replacement after 30 days from delivery. Please contact our customer service representatives for more information support@kalpsetu.com

• Where do I send returns? For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team beforehand. Kalpsetu will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Getting started is simple:

1. Contact us at support@kalpsetu.com with your order details and reason for the return.
2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If the item was damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or bespoke furniture
• Items showing signs of wear or misuse
